Master Anthony Price

Master Anthony PriceMaster Price is the holder of the rank of 7th degree Black Belt in Tang Soo Do. His special contribution has been his long and illustrious career as a competitor, and his dedication to preserving the art. He has earned and been awarded 13 Black Belt rankings from different lineages since 1979 when he received his 1st Dan. He has been awarded one 1st, 2nd and 4th degree, three 3rd degrees, two 5th and 6th degrees and three 7th degrees. Included in those that have given him rankings and awards are Grand Masters George Wharton, John Johnson, Charles Ferraro, Roger Haines, Jae Joon Kim, Howard Long and Hwang Kee. He is currently active in martial arts as a teacher and a trainer.

He began his study of the martial arts under the watchful eye of Grand Masters George Wharton and John Johnson, who were two of the original founders of the National Black Belt Karate Association. early on he was noticed for his long body and flexibility. He developed a unique ability to kick and would use this ability to maximize his height and distance with his opponents.

Master Price dominated any fighting/weight division in which he participated for over 10 years and earned the respect and admiration of his peers. He struck fear in many of his competitors. He was the first Black Belt in Cincinnati to become a member of the Budweiser National Karate Team. He also fought professionally on the Transworld Oil and John Paul Mitchell National Karate Teams. He retired as a member of the Metro All Stars/International. During his professional career he either fought or was a teammate to Richard Plowden, Billy Blanks, Steve "Nasty" Anderson, Anthony "Mafia" Hollaway, Hakim Alston, Jerry Fontanez, Marty Eubanks, Tony Young, Jerry Prince, Marc Jones and Jesse Thornton. In 2000, Black and Blue Video ranked Anthony Price as No. 3 in its "Best Fighter Ever" classification. In 1988, he was ranked as the No. 1 Light Heavyweight fighter and fourth in the world, by the NASKA in overall men's fighting. He is the winner of numerous Grand Championships and Tournaments worldwide.

He and his wife, Norene Price, are the owners of Priceless Martial Arts Academy in Cincinnati, Ohio where they teach Tang Soo Do, Fitness and youth programs. They have a combined family of four children and five grandchildren.


Master Norene Price

Master Norene Price Master Norene Price is the holder of the rank of 6th Degree Black Belt in Tang Soo Do. She has taken on the responsibility to teach and train the youth of our day in the martial art of Tang Soo Do, preserving its true identity. It is this calling that has gained her special recognition as a true martial artist. Fulfilling a commitment to preserve and promote the martial arts. She believes that Tang Soo Do is a martial art, and was never intended to be a sport. She is a fierce competitor and the winner of many tournaments. She states that "I grew up in a rough neighborhood, with nine boys, brothers and cousins, and two older sisters, we were always fighting". She has the heart of a champion.

Master Price is a full time martial arts instructor, as well as an accomplished physical trainer and conducts over ten classes weekly. her dedication to the art is shown by her consistency and the results of the students that she produces. In competition, you can always identify her students; they are the disciplined fighters who show respect for themselves, their instructors and the art.



Master Nancy Bowden-Price

Master Nancy Price and Lorene (Boo) Price Nancy Bowden-Price also known as "Noodle", found her love for martial arts alongside her mom Norene Price in 1986. She currently holds a 5th Degree Black Belt in Tang Soo Do under her dad Anthony Price, and is one of the instructors for Priceless Martial Arts. She has equipped herself well as a student, athlete, mentor and leader in our community.

Nancy attended and graduated from Butler University by earning a scholorship, thus receiving a Bachelor's Degree. While in college, she was a starting point guard on the women's basketball team and simultaneously developed into a National Champion in martial arts. She is a mentor to the youth in the Martial Arts community and has been instrumental in the growth and development of many champion athletes.

She is now the #1 super Lightweight fighter in the 18-29 women's division and is eager to follow her dad's footsteps and possibly fill his shoes as a World Champion. She only stands 5'2" but has a towering personality inside the ring.

Nancy is dedicated and persistent in all of her undertakings. Aside from her endeavors, she is known for her integrity and forthrightness.

Lorene Price

Lorene Price, well known as "Boo", gained her love for martial arts through her parents Norene and Anthony Price. Lorene began studying her martial arts with her parents and older siblings practically out of the womb. At the early age of two, her second home became the karate school, often throwing kicks and punches at anyone who crossed her path. She earned her first degree Black Belt under Master Anthony and Norene Price. She is the youngest instructor of Priceless Martial Arts but remains a well respected leader and mentor to the youth of our Priceless family.

Lorene has equipped herself well as a student, mentor and leader in our community. She is a graduate of Princeton High School and is now attending school as a college student. Lorene is dedicated and persistent in all that she does, and she will always be known for her loyalty and veracity.
